About Sarah Sarah Klopping is the owner and jewelry designer of Aloha Bead Company. Born and raised in Seattle and after graduating from high school, Sarah worked as a floral designer for 10 years at one of Seattle's leading florist's. She attended art school where she studied weaving, spinning, embroidery, quilting and art design. She has lived on the beautiful island of Maui and beading for the past 32 years, mainly working with seed beads, Czech glass, gemstones, pearls, Austrian crystal, shell, handmade glass and vintage buttons. The Garden Bracelet and Garden Style Earring Kits are her original designs that she sells at The Whole Bead Shows and Aloha Bead Company.
Sarah has been studying the ancient art of lampworking for the past 10 years. She creates each handmade glass bead which incorporates her signature floral and scroll work. Inspired by living on a tropical island, her work reflects the colors of the Hawaiian Islands. She offers classes on Lampworking too.
